Father of 2 looking for a single family home to rent. I know its not likely but something 1100/ month or less and 3 bedroom minimum. Must be pet friendly as well. We need to get out of our current situation as the apartment I'm currently in, has not and will not do anything about the mold issue we are having. I can't have my kids in that. I have stable job and income and can provide references as well. If anyone has anything that would be a HUGE blessing. Thank you
