TRUMBULL, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued by Trumbull police for 16-year-old Lily Cong, who was reported missing on Monday, according to authorities. Cong is described as Asian, with brown eyes and brown hair. She stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall, and weighs 115 pounds. She was last seen wearing a tie-dyed sweatshirt, camo sweatpants, tennis shoes and carrying a black bookbag.
