Description
BRAINTREE, MA — The Braintree Community Partnership on Substance Use asked parents to fill out a survey about youth alcohol and drug use.
The survey is for parents with students in grades 6 through 12 and is intended to give the partnership a better understanding of parental knowledge, beliefs and practices concerning youth alcohol and other drug use. According to the partnership, all answers are anonymous.
"Survey results will be shared with the community in general manner and will help inform the approaches we take to support and protect Braintree youth," the partnership said in a statement.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. You may skip questions you do not want to answer. The survey can be found online here.
When answering the questions in the survey, please think about your oldest child in grades 6-12. If you have twins or multiples, answer for the oldest child.
Upon completion of the survey, you will have an opportunity to enter a drawing to win an Amazon gift card.
