We are a real estate company that buys ugly houses. We need a driver to consistently drive in select neighborhoods throughout Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsboro Counties (Bradenton, Palmetto, St Pete, Tampa etc..) and identify specific property types (Ugly Houses, houses that need repairs/maintenance, houses that look vacant) and add the addresses to an app (you just press a button to add). You need to have a smart phone with data. We are looking for somebody hard working and reliable, who would like this to turn this into a long-term position. We will provide basic training on what kinds of houses to look out for, and an App to use to keep track of the houses you find. Must be able to consistently drive different areas/routes to identify properties that qualify. Pay is $12 /hr and we pay for your gas. We estimate the gas reimbursement based upon the mileage tracked on the app. We use 20 Miles Per Gallon and the current cost of gas for the reimbursement calculation. We also pay $100 Bonus per every house WE BUY that you find. Need a commitment to drive minimum 10 hours a week.
