I am looking for someone who could use the extra work and has experience with renovating homes. A must is someone who cares about detail and works smart / clean. Skills I need: Electrical - installing outlets, lights, etc... Plumbing - adding and removing toilets, sinks, garbage disposal Tiles - Experience with adding grout to tiles Painting - Experience with painting walls Flooring - changing carpet to laminate The scope of the project: I need my stairs done leading to the basement / I need to renovate the basement. And a bunch of other misc. things around the house like changing outlets and such. I need someone who is flexible and able to work. Our home is located in Potomac, MD.
