Do you have excellent rehabbing skills and are you looking to make money? We are family-oriented, easy to work with, provide steady, repeat jobs, and IMMEDIATE PAY! We are experienced real estate investors with multiple renovations and currently have a 1482 sq. ft. Rancher in progress. We are looking for a skilled, reliable subcontractor, with their own transportation and tools, who is able to do: RESIDENTIAL TILE INSTALLATION The Scope of Work for this project is: * Install 1 shower surround (5 ft. shower) and 2 tub surrounds (12" x 24" tile, Schluter edging, NO NICHES) * Install 1 vertical 6" Mosaic accent band in Master surround and 6" horizontal band in tub surrounds * Install 2 bathroom floors (44 sq. ft. with 12" x 24" tile and 45 sq. ft. with 8" x 8" tile) * Install 3 granite thresholds * Install 1 shower door (Durock / RedGard has already been installed) This work should take 2 men, 3-4 days. Our budget is $2,100 for LABOR ONLY. We provide all of the tile, mud, and grout (now on-site), and all you need to provide is your own tools and equipment to do a professional, quality job.
