Seeking a Go-Getter Sales Person for the Farmers Market each Saturday! Our company makes handmade, artisanal quiche and sells it at several Farmers Markets throughout Arizona. We are hiring for two different farmers' markets. Uptown Farmers Market and Downtown Phx Farmers Markets Uptown Market: North Phoenix Baptist Church 5757 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012 Saturdays 8-1, Set up at 7 am Downtown Farmers Market: 721 N Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004 Saturdays 8-12, Set up at 7 am To be successful in this position we ask that you have the following: Great customer service skills Acquire or have a Paypal account A reliable phone with the capability to support a Square account Ability to lift 50 lbs. A truck or SUV to fit equipment (we provide all of the equipment, you will need to store and transport to Farmers Market) Knowledge of oven use (home or pro kitchen experience) Food prepping or serving experience Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card or be willing to get one ASAP Multi-tasker, punctual and good under pressure Duties include: Storing and transporting equipment to the Farmers Market each Saturday Receiving and storing product in a freezer Transporting product in cooler Heating product and keeping warm Setting up a booth at the Market Setting up and receiving payments via Square Selling product with a friendly and positive attitude Creating a recurring customer base Pay: $100 or 20% commission (whichever is greater) PLUS TIPS!
