Description

Hello, we adopted Rush in Oct 2020. I had a post up in Jan 2021, but we tried for a few more months to get the dog and him to be buddies--to no avail! PLEASE STOP FLAGGING THIS POST! We would like Rush to go to a family who has no other pets or only cats, please. Rush is GREAT with kids! Rush, the cat, is a very rare, ALL BLACK, Maine Coon. He gets along fine with my mother's cats, and little dogs, however, my 110lb Bulldog is very playful and BIG. They fight every morning, but get along fine during bedtime since everyone is sleepy. We gave it more than 6 months, and now, we feel that Rush would have a better life elsewhere, with a family with NO dogs. Rush is five years old and deserves to live in dignity--not be chased by a Bulldog all over the house every day. Rush is VERY loving and a true lap cat. He loves his belly rubbed, and will stretch his looonnnng arms and legs into the air when you rub his belly. He loves his ears cleaned, and any type of treats. For a while, he was stealing my dog's food--he is a hungry cat! We have been feeding him grain-free food. If you are in the kitchen, he will be rubbing on your legs--did I mention Rush loves food? Rush just had all of his shots and is neutered. He will come with collars and tags, pet cage, brushes, litter, and litter box. We will send you his electronic rabies/ shots/ neuter/etc. and vet information (VEC). We ask for a rehoming fee of $100 to ensure he will be going to a good family who can afford to take care of him! Yes, we are FIRM on the price. Cash only, please. Please text or email; no calls please--I work. No worries, I will return your call! I can give you a video of Rush when you text or email me, or you can visit #pujaspets on IG--I know the pics dont do him justice. This is a sad day for us, but hopefully, he will bring your family joy. Thank you for reading!
