The current rental I live in has been sold and the new owner wants to move in so I have to find somewhere else to live.

I need a house with a minimum of 2 Beds & 1 Bth and would like 1350 sq ft or larger, single story preferred if possible.
Also need a backyard for my two 11-year old dogs who like to laze in the sun.
I've been employed in my current position for over 4 years and was never been impacted by Covid so my income has never changed.
My wife is an independent contractor with a housecleaning company.
We don't smoke; drink; or do drugs.
Would prefer to live in N. Las Vegas but not a deal breaker.
