Hi my family and I are looking for a privately owned 2 or 3 bedroom. Preferably a 3 bedroom. I am only looking to rent I am not looking for anything else. Please only contact me if you are legitimately renting a 2 or 3 bedroom. Proof of ownership will be required before any money is paid. I will not send money out of state and I will not provide personal information until we have met face to face. Hoping to stay between $700 and 900 for a 2 bed and up to 1,200 per month for a 3 bedroom. Clean background Good rental history Not so good credit due to medical bills Looking for 1-3 year lease
