15 hours REQUIRED credit. Can be used for Post License or Continuing Education. ZOOM and in person (limited to 6 in class) 15 hours REQUIRED credit. Tuesday April 27 and Wednesday April 28, 8:30 am-5:00 pm. Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm *** Broker training covers leadership, items to consider when starting a brokerage and SD License Law. This course, along with two years active experience, allows a Broker Associate licensee to request a Broker license. Additional student materials will be supplied using a Dropbox invitation. There will be a final test accessed through student's email. *** In-class attendees please take temperature before coming to class. If over 100.3, if have any symptoms such as flu-like symptoms or loss of taste or smell, please attend via Zoom or reschedule. If have recently been in contact with people who have tested COVID positive, or if have recently travelled to an area with high outbreak please attend via Zoom. *** Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Also need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smart phones. All remote access fees waived. Zoom invitation included with your ticket.
