Job Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for unloading semi's of furniture and mattresses, assembly of furniture, maintenance and warehouse operations at the Ashley warehouse located in Normal, IL. This includes assisting in maintaining a safe and positive work environment which is lean, efficient and productive. Primary Job Functions Unloading product daily Assemble furniture using small hand tools Ensure load capacity per truck and quality checks are done on products prior to delivery. Following company protocols, policies and procedures. Maintains the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment Working with other departments to create a uniform and positive experience for our customers. Assist Customers for pickups as needed. Assist with set up and delivery of products at the store locations Other duties as assigned Abide by the company mission and vision integrity statement and uphold company values.
