We use a body scan meditation in class as a tool for training our mind, body, and spirit how to be "still," and how to be "present." We use our "breath," as a tool to help calm our mind. There is a lot of space & time in class to sit in silence & explore your own spiritual practice. So many students leave the class with a greater sense of calm & healing space from their worries & stressors. They leave with more tools in their toolbox to be able to manage their everyday lives with more ease & Grace. Meditation is a practice that can enhance and transform your life. With no Contraindications. A lot of people struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or just managing their everyday emotions & life. Meditation gives you the gift of calm & peace & serenity. A space of freedom from worries & pain. A compassionate space of self healing. Please join us every Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM.
