Opening for Seasonal Groundskeeper for two apartment complexes in Geneva, NY. Hours are flexible and open to negotiation (no weekend work.) Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); mowing (zero-turn mower experience required), weed control, hedge trimming, tree pruning, bee/pest control, along with general grounds maintenance. Power washing and painting/staining of patios and balconies, common hallway painting, and cleaning duties as assigned. Valid driver license and own vehicle required.
