Plumber Needed for Well Issue

I have a small cottage off of Buckeye Lake that has its own well. At some point this winter the well stopped producing water. The external pump still works but I'm thinking the pump inside the well has stopped. I'm looking for someone who can replace the pump or diagnose the problem without breaking my bank account.
