Active Recovery & Mobility are important elements of our wellbeing that we often neglect. In our daily lives, our daily habits of overwork, or inactivity can lead to imbalance leading to fatigue, stiffness, soreness, tightness, and pain. This can stem from sitting at your home office working for extended periods of time (or watching tv), studying at your desk, chatting or texting on your phones, recovering from an injury, working out hard, stress, anything really...
We have led over 50 sessions this past year, and during our sessions, we will guide you through a series of subtle functional & mobility exercises targeted to open up and re-set the body, so you feel refreshed.
Participants from our prior sessions noticed an improvement to their overall wellbeing and mobility. Their joints felt lubricated, more supple & mobile after the sessions. With practice, their bodies felt more youthful, flexible, rejuvenated. Their minds felt more at ease and at peace.
