From the Gary Community School Corporation: April 12, 2021 The deadline for the Gary STEM Signing Day has been extended to April 15, 2021. We hope this gives your students enough time to complete and submit their application. Please continue to share and encourage your Gary Community School or charter high school students to apply to this unique opportunity! 2021 Gary STEM Signing Day Overview Project Exploration has partnered with Boeing the 2021 Gary STEM Signing Day. Similar to college signing day for athletes, STEM Signing Day honors the commitment of graduating high school students who will be attending college and pursuing a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field. Honorees are recognized, sign a letter of intent, and awarded a scholarship and placement with mentors. Application Eligibility and Process The application is open to all Gary Community School and charter high school students who: 1. Will be attending college in 2021 (2 or 4 year college) 2. Pursuing a STEM degree Application requirements, a STEM Degree List, and the online application form can be found on the Chicago STEM Pathways Co-op website: https://chicagostempathways.org/2021-stem-signing-day-gary/ Your Participation We need your help to spread the word about STEM Signing Day and encourage students to earn this unique scholarship opportunity! 1.
