Description
Exterior maintenance of two large commercial complexes.
It's a part-time job 4 hours/day Monday - Friday. The start time is as early as just before sunrise. Duties include walking the building prior to the tenant's arrival. unlock gates to the building, Pick up trash, ask loiters to leave the property, report and vandalism discovered, tidy up the dumpster areas and break down any boxes, clean up any human waste that is found and sanitize the area. Figure out a routine to dust window ledges sweep spider webs, mop the exterior tile decks and stairwells. Must have the ability to get to the Goleta complex on Wednesdays. The same type of duties will be required there as well.
