Description

The position is for a safe and reliable day laborer who will need to perform various types of activities productively and efficiently. This job will require digging, lifting, pushing, loading debris, and using various types of hand held tools. Responsibilities: * Perform job responsibilities safely, operating and working around heavy equipment, trucks and personnel. Must be able to get down on hands and knees if needed * Operate productively for 8 hours per day (temp to hire for full time), and year-round in all types of weather if needed. * May be required to work weekends. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. * Maintain a safe work environment, and always wear protective measures such as dust masks, gloves, eye wear, safety vests and more. Requirements: * Transportation is a MUST! (Job sites are in Santa Barbara. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos in English. Must be legal to work in the state of California. * Ability to manage and complete a job without supervision.
