Burn off those Monday blues with Park & Paseo's Sweat Series fitness classes in the park!
Spring has sprung, and what better way to celebrate than to get outside and get moving! The Monday blues are real, but Park & Paseo has you covered all month long with their new fitness Sweat Series in the park led by trainer, Kelsey Luneburg. The series kicks off with a HIIT class on Monday, April 12, and takes place every Monday in April from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their own materials such as a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel to classes.
