Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 04/11/2021 3:30 AM 2021-0964, Domestic Battery, KE181: On 04-10-21 at 7:36 p.m., deputies responded to the 400 block of U.S. Route 30 in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery.  The investigation is on-going. 2021-0965, Domestic Battery: On 04/10/21 at 9:02 p.m., deputies responded to the area of Fernwood Road and Woodridge Road in Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The investigation is on-going. 2021-0965, Domestic Battery: 2021-0967, DUI: On 4/11/21 at 2:23 a.m., deputies responded to the area of Ashe Road and Baseline Road in Bristol Township for a report of a single vehicle property damage accident. After investigation, Vanessa C. Marquez, a 30-year-old female from the 1800 block of Castle Ridge Drive in Plainfield, was arrested for DUI. Marquez was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.  The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
