Saint Archer Brewery x Moksa Brewing Belgian Quad. Blended in collaboration with Moksa Brewing Company, this Belgian Quad spent 4 years in a mixture of Heaven Hill and High West Bourbon Barrels. Clocking in at a massive 14.5% ABV, we decided to tame this beast with hefty additions of fresh blackberries and cherries. We also threw in a pound each of cinnamon, clove, and allspice. Finally, we rounded out the fruit and spices with Brazilian Amburana Oak Spirals, which lend a delicate vanilla and thyme flavor to the palate. A beautiful bouquet of baking spices, vanilla, oak smoked cherries, and burnt sugar immediately grab your attention. There is a tinge of stone fruit, milk chocolate, fig, caramel, and raisins that follow which make this beer truly one-of-a-kind.
