Wanted: Help With Garden and Yard Work

I would like to hire someone to help with the following at my house: First and Foremost: * Dethatching and raking areas of lawn to remove all old/dead grass clippings. (Note: while this is not difficult, it takes good energy and stamina. It may take up to half a day.) After the Dethatching: * Clean winter-accumulated leaves and twigs from garden and shrubbery areas. * Digging weeds and any dead plants from garden and shrubbery areas. * Composting, seeding and fertilizing. Seeking person with initiative, energy, a positive work ethic and who can leave their cell phone at home (or in the car). Paying $15/hr.
