Looking for flooring/ paint assistant

Good afternoon. I have a small business where I do flooring installations and offer exterior painting services. I am currently looking for someone who ideally can work these sporadic jobs with me side by side as I build my business. The right candidate just needs to be reliable (Shows up on time and ready to work), able to lift at least 50 lbs at a time, dress clean and professional for the job, and have some flooring tools or painting tools. It is a plus if you have installation experience but I can teach anyone. The job starts off at $15/hour doing mostly weekend work but can give weekly work to the right person if they prove to be asset.
