Male, australian shepard mix that goes by Carter. He is Brindle (brown & tan muti-colored), shaggy fur and tail. He is 14 years old. Approximately 60 Lb. Very friendly, but has bad hips. Was wearing green reflective collar and his blue tags. He recently had a hematoma removed from his ear, so they are slightly uneven. Reward for any information that leads to his rescue. Please Help!
