Seeking a Superintendent. The right candidate will be dedicated, organized and collaborative. Our objective is to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. We believe that a successful project is defined, as much by the collaborative process, planning and execution, as it is for the end result. The Superintendent will help deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. You will be the face of the company on the construction site and are expected to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with a Construction professional. The Superintendent’s working responsibilities will include a direct working relationship with the manager to manage long-term and daily activities. Qualifications; 5+ year’s as a field superintendent. Proven track record of meeting schedules. Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and forecast work needs. Proven ability to schedule work and mange people. Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Extensive knowledge of building standards, code requirements, and construction best practices. Experience in managing, training and developing people. Ability to layout and confirm subcontractor layout. Experience in managing the punch list and closeout process. Safety Checklists and Enforcement.
