We are conducting a research study in men and women with HIV to determine whether a medication that reduces belly fat may also improve heart health. We are looking for men and women, 40 - 70 years of age, with well-controlled HIV and belly fat accumulation. If eligible to participate in this study, participants will receive: • MRI of the heart at no cost • Detailed health assessments • Compensation up to $350 • Meals and travel reimbursement Participants complete 5 visits over 6 months.
