Now Offering Ticket to Work Services in Kern County. Advance To Work is an approved Employment Network (EN) for Social Security Administrations national Ticket to Work program. We can provide free services for individuals who receive Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) ages 18-64 to prepare, find, and maintain employment. This program is voluntary.
