I have a spot opening in my practice space in Holyoke. It's secure, has a window and is a fairly large space. There are quiet hours from 8AM-5PM, as businesses operate on our floor during that time. Probably ideal for for a 2 or 3-piece band given the amount of space we have. You'd be sharing the space with one other band and one solo artist. These pictures are from before we moved in, but will give you an idea of the amount of space we have. We've been managing everything with Google Calendar so no one is there at the same to handle COVID concerns. We split the rent equally and can give more information on that if you want to know more.
