ELMHURST, IL — The Elmhurst Police Department released information on its latest arrests: Disorderly conduct [Name Removed, 24, of Lombard, was cited about 11 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Winthrop on charges of disorderly conduct (public intoxication) and possession of alcohol in public. She was released on bond. According to a police report, [Name Removed, who was intoxicated and "extremely uncooperative," rang the doorbell of a resident. Loaded gun Francisco J. Rodriguez-Fernandez, 25, of Chicago, was arrested about 5 a.m. Thursday at York and North on charges of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, possession of marijuana by a driver, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and speeding. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, he was found to be in possession of a loaded gun. DUI James A. Sullivan, 40, of Northlake, was arrested about 6:30 a.m. Friday at County Line and Grand on charges of DUI (alcohol and drugs), leaving the scene of an accident, disobeying a traffic control signal and improper lane usage. He was released on bond. According to a police report, Sullivan ran away after a traffic crash. He was found nearby. Driving violations Elizabeth Flores, 36, of Chicago, was cited about 9:30 a.m. Friday in the 800 block of North York on charges of driving with a revoked license and wearing no seat belt. She was released on bond. Esmeralda Palma, 36, of Berwyn, was cited about 1 p.m. Friday at Lake and Route 83 on charges of driving with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper window tinting, defective windshield and no front plate. She was released on bond. Kenneth T. Brown, 23, of Chicago, was cited about 6 a.m. Sunday at York and Palmer on charges of driving with a revoked license, disobeying a traffic control device and illegal stopping, standing or parking where prohibited. He was released on bond. Police noticed Brown had been sleeping in an illegally parked car. Brielle E. Hawkins, 19, of Maywood, was cited about 11:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Charles and Fair on charges of no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, speeding and possession of alcohol by a minor. She was released on bond. Warrant Joshua L. Neidorkorn, 33, of Wood Dale, was arrested about 4 p.m. Thursday at Wrightwood and Industrial on a DuPage County warrant and on a charge of speeding. He was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
