Come out for a High calorie burning, total body workout! **Space is LIMITED** South FL ladies!!! Join me for a BODY Activated Bootcamp! It's Only $10 for an one hour workout. If you bring a friend it's $15. If you want to give your workout some additional intensity you can purchase a Curvy Band for $20. After workout enjoy music, wellness discussion, and good vibes! Space is Limited and masks are required. Must follow safe distancing during the event. Walk ups are welcomed. Price will be $20. Please make sure you bring a yoga mat and water.
