Need Flower Beds Cleaned up and Mulch Spread

I am looking to have my flower beds cleaned out (Weeds, leaves, damn seeds that fall in spring). I then have additional mulch to put down (I did rubber last year and have 15 new bags to fill in). In addition i have some other yard work I need done. I am guessing 10-12 Hours total. If you see it and say "i can do all this in 5 hours" I am more than happy to pay you the full $200, so long as it is done well/to my satisfaction.
