HOUSEKEEPER/JANITOR Pondsco Facility Services is hiring for a housekeeper/janitor to support Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights, MI. Available Shift: AM and PM Pay Rate: $10.00 / Hour CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting) Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing) Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions Safely operate floor equipment (scrubbers) Perform other general cleaning duties as needed
