Need a few guys to help when we pour concrete

I need some help when it comes time for my company to pour concrete. We will be in town for about a month and a half and will be pouring 4 times. Not looking for finishers. Mainly placement and cover up. Pours will be in the evening/night and will last 6 to 8 hours. 2 pours will happen with the next week and the other two will happen a couple weeks after that. I am paying $25.00 CASH and will give you $200.00 minimum. Meaning if it only took 6 hours I’d still pay you the $200 for coming out to help. What I need is someone who Is Dependable Is not afraid of hard work Is Able to follow instructions Has reliable transportation Is able to work well with others.
