The Madison Mallards are looking for 10-15 passionate and hardworking individuals to assist the Operations Manager with game day and special event maintenance/cleaning before, during, and after the game/event for the 2021 baseball season. Qualifications & Experience: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals Verbal communication skills Teamwork skills Ability to work independently and self-motivate Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to work in various weather conditions; both inside and outside Reliable mode of transportation Duties May Include But Are Not Limited To: Madison Mallards & Special Events at the Duck Pond Cleaning the Stadium/Grandstand, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, leaf-blowing, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.) Trash removal Assist in End of Game Ballpark work at the Duck Pond Work with Operations Manager to maintain facility cleanliness and organization Field Preparation, as needed Staff Appearance - Well-groomed Uniform should be clean. (When guests are present) Always wear correct footwear. Efficiency - Report to the Operations Manager at your scheduled time at the correct facility. Be in complete uniform and ready to receive an assignment for the day. Work with fellow team members to complete responsibilities.
