Chair Yoga is a low-intensity practice accessable to beginners and those with mobility challenges. Seasoned Yogis also welcome!
Come practice Chair Yoga in a judgement-free zone. This class is perfect for beginners as well as those who are curious about yoga but are hesitant due to mobility or comfort issues. This class is outside so please dress appropriately for the weather and consider bringing sunglasses, sunscreen and bug spray or anything else that might add to personal comfort. Fold-up chairs will be provided. Suggested donation $5-$25
