German shepherd puppy, 5 months, not neutered

I have a 5 month old German shepherd male puppy with shots but his parts are fully intact. We adopted him long-distance as the owners made it seem like he was much smaller than he is - then got him home and realized he’s far too big for our tiny studio apartment. He comes with tons of stuff we got him: two bags of treats, his food/water bowl, toys, collar, leash, and a huge bag mostly full of his food he likes. Small rehoming fee of $150 for Jack and all of his stuff.
