Housekeeper and assistant for large family home wanted

Seeking a housekeeper and general assistant for large family home and homeowner in Mission Hills. 25-30 hours per week. Looking for an individual who has experience with cleaning a large multi-room home and outbuildings. Will need to be able to develop a schedule for cleaning and maintaining all spaces and items in home including keeping a running inventory and note of stock of household items. Someone with experience cleaning high end surfaces/materials/textiles as well as antiques a plus. Homeowner to provide all cleaning supplies and instruments as needed. Strong English language skills and own transportation are required. Tasks will include: Household tidying and organizing of spaces, especially children's rooms and areas. General cleaning - kitchens, bathrooms, patios, floors, dusting, making beds, interior windows, hauling trash to street curb, etc. Laundry - bedding, clothing, table linens, pool items etc. Ironing - table linens, clothing, misc. items Occasional Special Tasks - silver polishing, fine china and crystal hand washing, chandelier cleaning, extra hours to prepare for and clean up for guests/events, household errand running, setup of spaces (set out/remove outdoor cushions, prepare rooms for entertaining, etc)
