Seeking full-time Maintenance Technician with the following qualifications: * 5+ years maintenance experience including, painting, landscaping, basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliance repair. HVAC Certification preferred, but not required. * Ability to schedule and work independently with minimum supervision.
