Havas Street is hiring an event manager to manage upcoming golf events for a bourbon whiskey brand under a premium spirits portfolio! The event manager will promote the brand by executing and managing sampling events at golf courses in Orange County and San Diego. Pay Rate: $37.50/hour (W-2) + per diems for travel and overnight stays Upcoming Events: April, 26th - 10:30 am-4:30 pm - Golf Tournament – Yorba Linda, CA April 27th – Time TBD - Golf Tournament –El Cajun, CA June 22nd – Time TBD – Gold Tournament – San Diego, CA Responsibilities: - Week Before Event: Load box truck with assets + highball machine with 1 Ba to assist you at storage in Signal Hill - Lead event setup with onsite BA team - Manage event logistics onsite + 3 Brand Ambassadors per event - Support team in spreading brand messaging to consumers - Be the main point of contact between event reps and our HQ team - Return assets at storage unit after last event Requirements: - Travel : The FM will be required to spend the night in San Diego/on the road to San Diego. We will provide per diem for costs. - Previous management level experience of adult beverage events is required - Must past MVR check to check clean driving record - Must be 21+ years of age
