Responsibilities for Disinfectant Tech Include: • Spray and disinfect all contact points and broad area in assigned area: Areas include all classrooms, dormitories, and offices on campus. • Maintain Daily Disinfecting Checklist per room by signing off after completion of area Other Responsibilities May include some Janitorial Duties • Clean windows and mirrors • Clean and supply restrooms • Remove waste and empty trash • Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies • Organize janitorial storage areas • Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance Qualifications for Janitor • Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies • Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally • Must be able to do physical work and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations • Attention to detail • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments • Ability to follow directions from a supervisor • Ability to demonstrate professionalism • Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team This is a Full-time position with benefits to begin after the 3 month probationary period. Starting hourly rate is $14.00 an hour We are hiring for a position with the hours of 3pm to 11:30pm Monday-Friday Hours and Days may vary occasionally at Supervisors discretion Please email me to set up an interview If hired, all employees will be required to pass a background check.
