Warehouse associate/Shipping and receiving The right candidate will show strong attention to detail and the ability to efficiently handle and process inventory. The individual will be relied on to accurately identify inventory and process appropriately. You will be able to take direction and efficiently and independently complete tasks indicated. You will also need to work well in a team environment and be willing to help out with whatever is needed when necessary. Duties: Job duties include, but not limited to, processing shipping and receiving, packaging, crating, cleaning instruments, maintaining inventory system, making sure all items are located in correct locations, utilizing forklift and other power-tools, maintenance of warehouse including its cleaning, maintenance of tools, physical repairs, and helping others as needed, driving for deliveries and pickups; and conducting tasks relevant to business. Requirements: • Extremely accurate and efficient in your work habits • Experience working in a warehousing, manufacturing or fulfillment environment • Must be able to work independently and proactively problem solve. You must also be able to give and take direction well. • Able to work at a fast pace • Able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously and can bend, kneel, and lift while standing/walking 90% of day. • Basic computer skills • Ability to operate forklifts (propane powered standard forklift and battery operated stand-on); and having a certification is highly desired. • Clean driving record Applications must state their expected salary to be considered for the position.
