2 Hispanic couples between 30-40yrs of age was racially attacking another minority couple and made physical threats for no apparent reason. Then started staring down everyone as if they are trying hard to get attention then acted as if nothing happen after the other minority couple had left. But they were being abnormally paranoid that people would do something to their car. People like them shouldn't be out in society. And the guy for sure had been in and out of jail. He probably wants to go back. This incident happen in Rancho Cucamonga at Johnny Os Cafe. Please be safe and alert should you come across them cause they are volatile and mentally unstable!
