Heavy Equipment Operator and Laborers

Seeking Full-Time Heavy Equipment Operators with experience with Excavators, Dozers, Motorgrader, Skid Steer, Compactors, Loaders, etc. for work in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. We are also seeking construction laborers who have a desire to learn and be trained as an operator after probationary period. Responsibilities and Duties • Must have experience running heavy equipment • Must be able to perform job duties including, but not limited to bending, climbing, stooping, carrying and able to use small tools. • Must be willing to get out of the machine and perform other project-related tasks as assigned • Follows policies and procedures to make sure the job is done properly Qualifications and Skills •Must be eligible to work in the United States • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site Compensation is based on operator skill and experience. Operators start $18-20 and Laborers start $14-18
