We are looking for a LEAD and a HELPER (or two) to paint our apartments, houses, hallways, and building exteriors. We typically run in two to three-person crews and are looking to build a team of drywall repair/paint techs. Do you have a friend looking for work, too? About us: We are a mid-sized real estate investment company in downtown Omaha. We own and operate 119 commercial/multi-family units and another 70+ single family homes. TOOLS (PDG Tool Program is available to those who qualify): ● LEAD: If you are coming to us with experience and tools, use our Tool Program to grow your inventory or perhaps upgrade. ● HELPER: As a helper, you will be expected to purchase tools as you develop your skills. Use out interest-free Tool Program to build your inventory DRIVERS LICENSE NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED: ● LEAD: If you are coming to us with experience and tools, we expect you will have a driver’s license to get yourself from job to job (with no more than a combination of two speeding tickets/accidents and no DUIs in the last 3 years). ● HELPER: If you are interested in the helper position, you can get away without a license, but you need to get yourself to work- ON TIME- every day.
