I need a house builder

In the midst of severing my property here in east Woodstock should know by may 4th if its a go ahead from Cherokee county... Fingers crossed! Anyways plan is to find a builder who knows exactly what we need to do to make this my dream home. I have 3/4 of a acre and reasonably flat piece of land to work with. The house is about 5k sq ft and a 4 car attached garage with a finished loft above. I need everything finished to the drywall. I am retired and am available to discuss here basically anytime.
