Lead Arborist/Climber to run and complete all contracted jobs *pay is by job contract, following 16-35/hr(pro-rate per exp.) *schedule: varies weekly, up to 6 days/wk...never Sunday *looking for veteran climber of 10 years minimum experience *Owns all gear including saws, ropes, rigging, etc. Truck and trailer a major plus! *Contractor insurance required/proof of certificate *City/County of Denver Forestry License a big plus Looking for just the right individual who wants a break from climbing but has the experience and ability to know what it takes to run a jobsite and complete the contracted work safely and efficiently AND without incident. Need someone who can teach, mentor, and coach secondary climbers as they develop skills through the various stages of development. At any given time you might need to: climb, rope and rig, serve as cut-man, ground trim, help as groundie, talk with owners, chat with inquiring neighbors, help to set up future bids....act as transport, drive different vehicles, pick up & drop off stump grinder & trailer, etc. Small outfit...but we do EVERYTHING. All of us. We just need a lead who can take charge and get it done.
