Single, senior adult male, fenced yard on Lake Seminole Fl, responsible, seeking a dog, 2 to 5 years of age and under 40 pounds for a great life together. Prefer short haired. I'm retired, great companion and have had 3 dogs in the past. Mostly large Dobermans so now I would appreciate a smaller dog to drive and travel with me when I decide to hit the road. Any time I find a pet at a shelter or online, they are already adopted or they want to visit your home and make a huge ordeal out of it. Then, here on line, they want a "rehoming" fee of $1,000! I don't need a show dog or a desirable breed. I want a nice girl (and would consider a male) to spend time with me and want to feel important!
