I am looking to hire skilled laborers for part-time to possible full-time work. Must be a well-rounded, self-motivated individual who can follow specific instructions and is capable of working unsupervised at times yet be productive and stay on task. The ideal candidate must be skilled in a wide range of repairs, typically around the home. These tasks include remodeling, house flips, painting, drywall/texture, maintenance and repairs, framing, siding, tile work, cabinetry, finish work, light electrical and plumbing, hardwood and vinyl flooring, etc. I prefer someone who has previous construction experience and/or basic building skills including knowledge of the use of basic hand and power tools. Reliable transportation to and from work and your own basic hand tools are requirements of this position.
