His name is Tor’. He took off last night around 12:30am and has not been back since. I live right midtown CDA near the fire department off of 15th st. This is the one time he did not have his collar on which had my contact information. If anyone has seen or knows of anyone that has seen him. Please contact me. I want the big guy back home!
